can provide clean artwork or if they have a logo they want. (no gray scale or tinted images).
We will accept PC Digital images at 300 DPI or higher via email at or 100/250 MB
PC and CD/DVD ROMs.
Just ask us what you would like on your Towels and we will be glad to help you. |

| SHIPPING: |
|
Our goal is to ship your order within 2 weeks of receipt. Product is shipped via UPS Ground. We have negotiated the best discount rates with our various shipping partners to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. Please contact our Customer Relations Department if you have special shipping requirements.

| PAYMENT POLICY: |

• Net 30 terms available upon approval of our signed credit application.
• Please allow two weeks for the credit application to be processed.
• We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express at time of order.
• Converting an outstanding terms balance to a credit card transaction will be assessed a 5% service fee.
• Prepayment of your shipment also may be arranged.
• Overdue accounts are assessed a 1.5% finance charge monthly.

| DAMAGES AND REPLACEMENTS: |
|
Great care is given to shipping product without flaws or damages, and our
packaging system is designed to withstand the rigors of transit and handling. If
you do receive a package that has been obviously damaged, do not accept this
shipment; if the shipping damage is concealed, but apparent after opening the
package, notify us immediately 1-714-809-1500
.
We must notify the carrier regarding shipping damage within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise; therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for damage noted after that time. We will replace the damaged product just as soon as possible after receiving your call. Please do not discard the packaging of a damaged shipment. The carrier will need to inspect it. A Call Tag will be issued for the return of product damaged in shipment. |
